Dubai Land Department launches the Real Estate Tokenisation pilot

The Dubai Land Department launched the pilot phase of its Real-Estate Tokenisation project — a first-in-region programme that brings property title deeds onto blockchain infrastructure.
The pilot was delivered in partnership with the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), the Dubai Future Foundation and Sandbox Dubai, positioning Dubai's land registry at the frontier of digital property rights.
